Ebbing and flowing into the sweet spot

isn’t the smoothest journey, but it’s worthwhile to explore the polarities of balance and within balance.

Take a minute to imagine the infinity symbol…

Behold the infinity symbol, incase you needed some inspiration.

What you can see is the connection, sweet spot, or balance, right there in the middle. Where everything comes together.

It’s the place where energy from one side and energy from the other side unite, and sit a while. This is where the sweet spot lives.

Who knows how long the sweet spot will simmer for?

It can look like a moment of breath in between transitions.
It can look like a perfect day to explore with no obligations.
It can look like the steadiness before the readiness.
It can look like different things to different people.
It can last for different amounts of time for different experiences to fully blossom.

Who knows how long the sweet spot will simmer for.

Who knows how long the connection will last before one, and both particles are pulled back in to the loop of energy – ascending and descending / descending and ascending back around the cycle or pattern until we fall in love… we fall in (a)lign…. we fall in balance…. we fall into connection; again and again.

Right now, in this moment, we are in a sweet spot for our Earths healing.

We have experienced ascending and descending energy around our experiences, our growth, our expansion of information, education, medicine, technology, knowledge, and so on – but we’ve collectively sustained one side of the continuum. The pendulum is swinging, ebbing and flowing, to the other side of the continuum.

We can keep ourselves well fed; mind, body, and spirit.

So, we may have to discover what terms like “social distancing” means, or reasses the value of our resources, or discover preventative practices instead of being promiscuous with our social interactions, resources, and practices.

Because we are at the other side of the continuum.

This allows space for our Earth to heal.
This allows our atmosphere to clear.
This allows our minds to think.
This allows our time to be honored.
This allows our resources to be valued.
This allows our practices to be redefined.
This allows our whispers to be heard.
This allows our imagination to create.

How can we contribute to this dance?

We can keep ourselves rested.
We can keep ourselves compassionate.
We can keep ourselves resourceful.
We can keep ourselves hopeful.
We can keep ourselves mindful.
We can keep ourselves cared for.
We can keep ourselves compassionate.
We can keep ourselves empowered.
We can keep ourselves strong.
We can keep ourselves well fed; mind, body, and spirit.

We can come together, but not “TOgether, together” (no more than groups of 10); but we can agree that everyone is trying to do things differently at this time, and we can learn acceptance… learn peace…. learn unity… learn to allow space to figure things out.

On a collective level, community level, and an individual level – we are being shown that there are many different ways to do things at this time, and we can learn acceptance… learn peace…. learn unity… learn to allow space to figure things out, together.

We can teach differently. We can learn differently. We can merge with this new way and see what we can create with it!

As I’m writing this, that song Collide by Howie Day starts playing on my music app, on the shuffle station. “Even the best fall down some times. Even the wrong words seem to rhyme. Out of the doubt that fills your mind, you somehow find; you and I, collide.”

I’m listening. And sharing. You are. We are. Ebbing and flowing.
