There’s this correlation with breathing lately…. have you noticed?
First there is the COVID, and how it effects breathing.
As a result of that, we have restricted breathing practices.
Building onto that, George Floyd’s words “I can’t breathe” are heard ringing through our streets in a battle of justice. “I can’t breathe”, it’s become a slogan for Black Lives Matter because,
Black Lives Matter.
It has become a hash tag on social media.. I can’t breathe.
It’s the chant of our people’s cry for justice.
There is this theme… breathing…

“Coincidentally” enough, over the past month I’ve been working on a free series that I’m announcing next week, and it’s something that I feel we all need. To help us CONNECT.
We need connection to stop the divide.
But I digress.
It didn’t start that way.
It was simple.
I recognized the need to share these practices when our family was adventuring off on a family road trip. I’ll tell you more about that during the series, but it was really that simple.
The idea to create a workshop teaching breathing techniques for relaxation and ultimately, a better life.
When there are things around me that I cannot control, I try to find things that I can control and contribute in my way.
My way is energy.
This series is becoming so much more than simple. It comes at a time where we need to connect…
Connect to each other,
and it starts by connecting with our breath.
