How we respond to this intense vibe that April brings, or any month, determines how the ripple will continue to go for us. We can influence this, we have a choice.
Here are some simple practices to help us navigate our responses:
1 – Connect to your breath not words, actions, thoughts, or feelings.
2 – Use crystals to ground and shield your energy.
3 – Do the basic human stuff properly (eat, sleep, drink water).
4 – Act from a place of mindfulness, as often as possible.
5 – Connect with nature, as much as you can.
6 – Move out of your comfort zone by choice.
7 – Clear your mind frequently.
8 – Relax your shoulders.
